Delivery and returns

 

We use Royal Mail tracked services for all UK orders, and UPS for International orders. Tracking links are sent by email when we dispatch your order.

Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

UK Priority Delivery - £6.50

Orders to mainland UK addresses placed before 3pm GMT on Monday to Friday are usually delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight may take 2-3 working days.

UK Standard Delivery - £3.99

Orders to mainland UK addresses placed before 3pm GMT on Monday to Friday using our Standard service are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

International Delivery

Please allow 3-8 working days for delivery.

Shipping costs will vary and be calculated at checkout.

You may be liable for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to and we are unable to advise what these costs might be.

Please note, we are not currently shipping to the USA, although we are working to rectify this as soon as possible.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from ainslie + ainslie.

Unused products purchased from us can be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt. To arrange this, or if you are unhappy with the product for any reason, please contact us
